Due to the personal nature of our handmade soaps, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
