All of our soaps are handmade in small batches. As a result, slight variations in colour, design, size, and scent are a natural part of the handmade process and make each item unique.

Please read the ingredient list carefully before purchasing if you have allergies or sensitivities. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Payment must be received before your order is processed and shipped.

Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of our handmade soaps, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
